Membership Classes

Beginner Pilates Classes

Suitable for beginners of all ages, shapes and sizes, males and females.


Start your Pilates journey in a small beginner group where you will be highly supervised and given corrections accordingly, with the opportunity to ask questions and to receive modifications if an exercise isn’t right for your body, ensuring you learn Pilates at your own pace and with a good technique from the outset.

Tower Apparatus Classes

Suitable for all levels including beginners. Often referred to as a Vertical Reformer, many exercises performed on the Reformer are also taught on the Tower, plus a whole lot more.


The Towers provide a good challenge for balance, and like the Reformer they use springs to add resistance, load and challenge, and also to add support.


Your core stabilisers will work hard to control the trunk against the strength and instability of the springs. There is very little pressure on the joints as the bodyweight is supported.

Men Only Class

Suitable for Men who have either completed a couple of Beginner sessions or who have had some Pilates experience.


Men are welcome in all of our classes, but in this class we can guarantee you won’t be the only male!!!
