These courses will teach you how exercise and nutrition can improve or help to manage your pain, physical function and quality of life.

 

Over 6 weeks we will take you through basic exercises you can continue with at home, to strengthen your joints and help to manage your pain from arthritis or many other chronic conditions. The course has a maximum of 6 participants and is suitable for anyone of any age suffering with long term pain/discomfort, and will include many seated and standing exercises for those who would otherwise struggle to get down to the floor.
