Reduce Back Pain with Exercise
These classes will teach you how exercise can improve or help to manage your pain, physical function and quality of life.
We will take you through the basic principles of Pilates and some basic exercises on the Reformer, to strengthen your joints and help to manage your pain from arthritis or many other chronic conditions. The class has a maximum of 8 participants and is suitable for anyone of any age suffering with long term pain/discomfort, and is suitable for those who struggle to get down to the floor.
This class is taught by Neil, Studio co-owner, Pilates teacher and Sports/Remedial Massage Therapist with almost 20 years experience.
