Sarah holds a First degree level Licentiate in Acupuncture and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She is a member of the Acupuncture Fertility Network and an AXA Healthcare Registered Provider for Medical Acupuncture.
She is also a RESTORE Scar Therapist, applying gentle techniques to enhance functional and cosmetic outcomes following surgery and injury.

Samantha Hawkins
Reflexologist & Reiki Therapist
Sam is a qualified therapist in both Reflexologist and Reiki where she is passionate about helping people with their wellbeing, this can be done by helping their central nervous systems to reset and rebalance.
As part of her specialist work, Sam performs Reflexology treatments at the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, supporting individuals affected by cancer bringing them comfort, relaxation, and quiet during challenging times.
Through these gentle therapies, Sam helps people to reconnect with themselves, release any stress & tension and promote calm within both body and mind. Oncology Counsellor
Linda is an Integrative Counsellor with over 15 years of experience working within NHS charities. She has supported adults facing some of life’s most challenging circumstances and this experience has given her a deep understanding of the emotional impact that illness, uncertainty, and life-changing diagnoses can have, not only on individuals but also on those closest to them.
Linda has a particular passion for supporting individuals affected by cancer, whether you are living with a diagnosis, undergoing or recovering from treatment, living with the long-term emotional impact of cancer, or supporting a loved one. Cancer can bring uncertainty, fear, grief, and significant life changes, and she offers a compassionate space where you can speak openly without feeling the need to protect those around you.
Whatever brings you to counselling, you don’t have to face it alone. Linda will help you work towards building resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move forward with greater confidence, hope, and emotional wellbeing.
