Prices on the website are exclusive of payment processing fees which you will see added at checkout.

Cash payments will NOT incur processing fees.

Cash payments are accepted for Appointments and Products but not accepted for Classes nor Vouchers.

Private Appointments

Less than 24 hours notice incurs the full fee

Card details are held as security, with payment taken at the time of your appointment.

Pilates Block booking Payments are non refundable and non transferable and have a 6 month expiry date

For 2:1 Pilates, if only 1 person is cancelling (with less than 24 hours notice) they will lose the fee paid and the other person may go ahead with the session as a 1:1 at no extra cost. If due to unforeseen circumstances the session (or sessions) has (or have) to be suspended for a prolonged period of time by one or both of the participants, the credit paid for the session(s) will expire 6 months from the date payment is received. In this scenario it will be the responsibility of the participants to decide between themselves whether to suspend the session (or sessions) for a number of weeks during this period, or whether one person will take the session (or remainder of sessions) as a 1:1 (or 1:1’s) at no extra charge. My Pilates Fix will not be involved in the making of this decision and the final decision is the responsibility of the ‘Lead Buddy’.

Class Payments & Class Credits

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your class, a class credit will be returned to your pack or account.  Payments are non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances and expiry dates are not able to be extended.

Cancellation of Matwork or Reformer Classes  or 5:1 Reformer Tuition - Single or Packs

 Must be cancelled via the Momence App at least 12 hours before the start time in order to have your class credit returned to your pack.

Payments are non refundable

Matwork Monthly Membership Subscriptions

(only applicable for clients who joined in early April 2025 or earlier and pay by Direct Debit)

Monthly subscription payments can be cancelled at any time without notice

Payments are non refundable and non transferable

Your monthly payment covers 43 Pilates classes throughout the year (or 86 classes for twice weekly contract). The classes will run alongside the school terms, with the exception of the 6 week summer holidays when classes will run as usual for 4 weeks of the 6 week summer holiday period (all closure dates are on our website).  Please note that due to the school holiday closures, the number of classes each month varies, but the price is spread evenly throughout the year. In addition to the 43 classes, throughout the year you will receive an extra 17 class credits (34 for twice weekly contract) which can be used to book into other Matwork classes.
Cancellation of Subscription Matwork Classes

Must be cancelled via the Momence App at least 12 hours before the start time in order to have your class credit returned. This credit can be used to take up an alternative matwork class. Subscription credits can be used up until the end of the subsequent renewal period (inclusive of our closure dates). You can cancel your subscription via the App at any time without notice and any class credits accrued will expire at the end of the payment period.
