If you are completing an online Consultation form for Massage, please be assured that we use an https iframe for your security, and that the data you input is sent to us in an encrypted PDF and is not stored online. We retain hard copies of Consultation forms securely for a minimum of 7 years from the date of your last visit. These forms are only viewed by members of the My Pilates Fix team who are directly responsible for your care.
If you are booking a Pilates course via this website or over the telephone with us, or you do Pilates classes or private appointments with us, we use a company called TeamUp to manage the bookings and to store Enrolment forms. These forms are only viewed by members of the My Pilates Fix team who are directly responsible for your care.
