PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE MASTERED THE BASICS OF REFORMER VIA A BEGINNER CLASS PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE 5:1, TO ENABLE THE TEACHER TO SPEND EQUAL TIME WITH EACH PARTICIPANT

In this small group of maximum 5 participants you will work on the Reformer, and sometimes the Ladder Barrel, Tower and Wunda Chair, working individually at your own pace with instruction and correction from Studio co-owner Neil.

Can be booked as a 5:1 single session, or with a Pack of 5 x 5:1 classes.
