Swap Classes
Please log in below to swap your Pilates classes around as often as you wish.
Weekly video subscription
Each week a pre-recorded Pilates video link is sent to those class members who have subscribed. Rental of the 30-35min videos can be set up as an add-on subscription in addition to your membership subscription. The add-on subscription will cost £7.17+VAT per month (total £8.60) which works out at £2.00+VAT per video and you will receive 43 videos annually to coincide with our class dates. For those who choose to opt-in, payments will be taken via Go Cardless on the 1st of every month as a separate payment alongside your membership subscription.
There is no notice period to cancel the video subscription and you can opt in and out from month to month to suit your lifestyle. Videos will not be sent during the holiday periods when we are closed. If you would like to rent the videos each week please read the attached Terms and Conditions and then email us to confirm that you are happy for us to set up a Go Cardless subscription on your behalf, for £8.60 per month

Purchase extra ClassSwap credits
If you would like to purchase a pack of for 4 extra ClassSwap credits existing members can do so at a cost of £50,
payable by bank transfer.
T’s and C’s:
Any extra 'ClassSwap credits' purchased separately as an 'add on package' are non refundable and non transferable, have an expiry date of six months, and if notice is given to leave Pilates, will expire at the end of the notice period. Please allow up to 2 working days for your credits to be added to your ClassSwap account.
Upgrade to twice weekly Pilates
If you would like to be booked regularly into two classes per week you will receive a 10% discount on both classes,
totalling £83.99 per month (incl.VAT). If you change your mind in due course and wish to drop back down to one class per week, one month’s notice is required.
Request direct debit cancellation
As per the Terms and Conditions, one calendar month’s notice is required for cancellation of your place in class.
If you are unable to attend classes during the one month notice period, the final payment for the remainder of the notice period still stands. Any ‘Class swap’ credits accrued will expire at the end of the notice period.
